If the AI could not complete a request because of a problem on our side, the credits are returned.

- Who is the seller?
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles payment and refund inquiries.
- Taxes
- The final amount including the taxes of your country is shown before you pay.
- How do I cancel Pro?
- Anytime in your account. Access and credits remain until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds
- Credit pack — within 14 days if none of its credits were used; Pro — within 14 days after the first payment. Details are on the Refunds page.
