METHOD
Fruit
Cut 700 g of fruit into thin pieces. I used apples, pears and apricots. You can use whatever you like :)
Beating the Eggs
Beat 3 eggs with 150 g of sugar until fluffy, 5–7 minutes.
Butter & Vanilla
Add vanilla and 100 g of melted butter to the mixture and mix.
Dry Ingredients
Sift 150 g of flour with the baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Gradually add to the mixture, gently mixing with a whisk, so that the batter stays fluffy.
Preparing the Dish
Grease a baking dish and dust the entire surface with flour, shaking off the excess.
🔹 How to prepare a baking dish, see this video:
Layering
Pour some of the batter into the bottom of the baking dish. Then lay out the chopped fruit and pour the rest of the batter on top.
Baking
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
